Gently push open lids to widen eyes. Then lift your gaze and apply lens. Now lower your gaze and blink. The lens should slide into place.

If you have trouble, it may be that the lens is too dry; try saline solution or rewetting drops. If the lens is too wet, let it dry a moment while still on your finger.
